Do my staff need to install an app?

No. It works in any mobile or desktop browser. Add it to the home screen for an app-like feel. Native apps for staff with override-silent-mode alarm coming soon.

Can we customize roles like 'Manager' or 'Receptionist'?

Yes. Create unlimited custom roles, each mapped to a permission tier (Admin / Employee / Staff). The label shows on the user's profile, the permission controls what they can do.

What about Telegram and WhatsApp notifications?

Telegram bot integration is included in Pro. WhatsApp Business API is available on Enterprise. Plus browser push works out of the box.

Can I send a meeting alert without ordering anything?

Yes. Switch to "Just notify" mode on the order screen. Type the message, attach a voice note, pick the team — done.

How do you bill — per user or per office?

Per office. Pro is a flat $19/month for up to 50 users. Hire a new person, no surprise bill.

Can I import my existing employee list?

Yes. Paste a CSV or upload a CSV file in Admin → People → Bulk import. Excel users save as CSV first.

Is my data private?

Each office is fully isolated. We never share data between tenants. Self-hosting on your own VPS is available on Enterprise.
